Our Gaylord facility also offers Skilled Nursing and home health care.  We are part of the Continuing Care Community in Gaylord, Minnesota.  In addition to custodial care, 24-hour medical care is available.  Residents may be at Oak Terrace Health Care Center temporarily or for long term care.  We take admissions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  Please visit our Skilled Nursing page for more information.
